I refer to your request for documents pursuant to the Freedom of
Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) received by the department on 11 June 2016.
 

Please note that an application fee of $27.90 is required with each FOI
request.  This fee may be waived if payment would cause hardship to you.
 Suitable evidence of hardship is a copy of a pension or benefit card.  If
you wish to proceed with this request, please forward to me a cheque or
money order for $27.90 payable to the Department of Environment, Land,
Water & Planning, (PO Box 500, East Melbourne Vic  8002).  Alternatively,
a payment form is attached.  Please either complete the form and return it
to the department or forward  the receipt number via return email or at
the above address.

Unfortunately, I am unable to process your request at this stage and
require clarification from you.  You are requesting:

"...documents pertaining to the permit to cull Kangaroos at 200 Bones
road, Bellbrae, Victoria 3228 that was granted recently."

Your request is made in such broad terms that it does not meet the
criteria established in section 17(2) of the FOI Act as I am unclear which
documents you are seeking access to.  A request must be for specific
documents or groups of documents and not for every document in relation to
a broad subject matter.  Please advise whether you are seeking a copy of
the permit, the permit application or for some other document.  You may
provide your response via return email.  

If you wish to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact
