I refer to your request, received by the Department of Education (department) on 27 July 2022, for access under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) to the following:

Penetration Test Reports from the year 2021.

The department does not hold the documents requested as IT Services are provided to the department by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) through a shared services arrangement.

As such, we suggest you direct your request to DEWR. As the department does not hold the documents you have requested, we will consider your request to be withdrawn unless you advise us to the contrary by 5pm Friday 12 August 2022.
