Dear Australian Postal Corporation,
I note recent media reports indicating that Australia Post “threatened to call police unless the City of Melbourne delivered more than 100 of Pauline Hanson's One Nation-branded stubby holders to every apartment in a locked-down suburban public housing tower in July.”
I would like to request all written and electronic documents that relate to the delivery of these items, including but not limited to data stored in corporate systems such as email/CRM/corporate chat platforms, paper records, and data stored on mobile phones (including but not limited to SMS, WhatsApp and other chat applications).
The search period is from July 2020 to present.
Please consult with me if you wish to apply any s.22 redactions based on privacy of employees.
I would respectfully draw the attention of the FOI officer to section 1.46 and sections 3.2 - 3.5 of the Freedom of Information Guidelines issued by the OAIC. I am open to administrative release of the above documents.
