Partial Occupancy Certificate excluding louver fencing condition on the Development Application
Dear Blacktown City Council,
As part of my DA approval there are some conditions about installing louver fencing on the boundaries with my neighbors by replacing the existing color bond fence panels.
The building is near the completion and the private certifier needs a confirmation from the council if a partial occupancy certificate can be issued by excluding the fencing and positive covenant's conditions mentioned in the approval. Is it possible to get a confirmation from the council on this request.
