Dear NSW Office of State Revenue,

Firstly, could you please provide information regarding the number of parking penalty notices issued at the Macmahon Street, Hurstville car park for "Fail to pay parking / Obey Instructions on sign etc." from November, 2021 to 18 February 2022.

Secondly, if possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you were able to offer a breakdown of the number of requests for review received by Revenue NSW, the number of those reviews rejected and the number of penalty notices, subsequently withdrawn.

In the event the latter part of this request is unavailable, the number of penalty notices issued would be sufficient.

Revenue NSW has advised that they require further information to be able
to conduct searches for your request. Could you please clarify the below:

 1. Which car park on McMahon Street are you referring to? Can you please
provide the exact name or location of the carpark?
 2. Each parking offence has a unique offence code. Are you requesting
information for a specific type of parking offence or all parking
offences?
 3. Revenue NSW has advised that if this request is in relation a specific
fine, they may be able to extract the above information (location and
offence code) themselves and accordingly, provide the relevant data.
Therefore, is this request in relation to any specific fine, and if
so, can you provide the fine reference number?

Dear Ms Johnstone,

I refer to your informal request for information made to Revenue NSW under section 8 of the Government
Information Public Access Act 2009 (the GIPA Act).

You have requested the following:

Firstly, could you please provide information regarding the number of parking penalty notices issued at the
Macmahon Street, Hurstville car park for “Fail to pay parking / Obey Instructions on sign etc." from November,
2021 to 18 February 2022.

On Friday 25 February 2022, the GIPA team advised you that Revenue NSW required further information to be able
to process your request. Following this, you provided further details to accompany your original scope:
