Dear Veronica,
Thank you for your prompt response. Regarding your clarification queries:
a) Waiving of request fee - I am currently a single <30yo female, unemployed (previously cafe/hospitality) and drawing on savings rather than using tax payer handouts. This has been accepted without further information/support required upon similar FOI requests.
b) 1st June 2016 - 31st July 2017 would be ideal to allow the full Fin Yr.
Yours sincerely,
Elizabeth
Dear Veronica Wood,
Can you please provide acknowledgment and acceptance of my request and that to waive the processing fee? Your sister councils have done this and been more prompt in doing so.
Yours sincerely,
Elizabeth
Dear Elizabeth
Council has decided to waive the application fee in this instance. Your request will be processed as soon as possible.
Please note that access charges may be payable.

Dear Veronica Wood,
Please re-assess and comply with the original request, acting in accordance with adjacent councils that have had no issue in providing the information in the requested format.
Keeping in mind that the act was formed in 1982 and is outdated, this is not an unreasonable or difficult request by today's standards.
The format you have provided is not of simply needs to be saved by you in the correct common format, rather than pdf.
Yours sincerely,
Elizabeth
Dear Right to Know
I would like to request that Right to Know replace the letter I sent on 8 August 2017 which contains my signature for the attached copy of the same letter with the signature redacted.
I am concerned that my signature could be used for identity thief or other fraudulent activities.
Regards
Veronica Wood

I have made a mistake. The note above should have said "Elizabeth, I see the council ..."

Veronica, I see that the council sent you hundreds of PDF pages. I know that this request is quite old but if you want assistance to change the PDF data to a different format please contact me through Right to Know. I know someone who could do this conversion.
