Hello, my name is Alessandra Melville and i recently got a response for my
FOI request, however i only received the payment request today, but its
apparently due on the 20th of November, just wondering if I'm able to make
the payment within the next 30 days, as it says.
Thank you.
Hi Alessandra
The charges letter enclosed was accidentally sent to your other Right to
Know email.
We contacted Right to Know on 21 November 2014 to move the charges notice
to the correct request.
In the circumstances, we extended the time by which charges were due by
another 30 days to 22 December 2014.
We recently noticed you had posted a query about the charges, but once
again this ended up on the wrong request.
Should you wish to pay the charge please arrange it as soon as possible,
but by Monday 22 December 2014. Instructions on how to pay are in the
enclosed letter.
Kind regards
