I seek an FOI copy of the VCAT Order described in Reference A and a FOI copy and the Right to View all internal notes, file correspondence, emails, verbal requests and any other communication made between Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) registry staff and Court Services Victoria (CSV) and Bendigo Law Court registry staff that mentions my name in seeking to confirm and book a court room for a two day Final Hearing in the Bendigo Law Courts on 13 and 14 February 2025.

general right of access to documents of an agency. Whilst CSV is an agency
and subject to the FOI Act, Victorian courts are not. 

Accessing court documents 

Each Victorian court manages its own information and data relating to its
judicial functions. This means that if you want to access documents
relating to a court matter, you must send your request directly to the
court in which the matter was heard.
