Unfortunately I was unable to reach you by phone earlier this week.
I am writing in relation to your question as to whether the documents that
were published on the TGA’s Disclosure Log for FOI 250-1314 are the same
as those released to the FOI applicant.
Please note that the documents published are the same as those released,
with the minor exception that the documents published had all email
address extensions redacted to avoid web spammers (for example
“@tga.gov.au” has been removed).
I trust this information is helpful.
