Dear Transport for NSW,

Can you please provide me with a breakdown of how many Opal card readers are malfunctioning daily/weekly/monthly and if possible where?

I would like the data broken down if possible in CSV format.

Also how much revenue is lost due to these malfunctions (approximately)?
