Dear Safe Work Australia,

Having lodged a complaint to Work Safe Australia (on Monday 17 February) against Bed Bath n Table in Sorrento for breaches of OHS standards, please provide any reports, notes for file, memorandums or notices issued to the bed bath n table management in sorrento or their head office, resulting from an inspection by Work safe Australia representative on monday 24 february.
