Dear Mr Koning
I refer to your informal application for information and my request that
you phone me in regards to that application.
Your request in its current form cannot be processed as an informal
application under the GIPA Act.
This is because the information is of a type which will necessitate third
party consultation as is required under section 54 of the GIPA Act.
To proceed with your request in its current form, you will need to apply
for a formal application under the GIPA Act.
You will need to pay the application fee of $30 and provide me an
Australian Postal address for correspondence.
Please note, that in addition to the application fee, a fee of $30 per
hour is payable for the processing of a formal application.
However, you may wish to amend your application and limit your request to
‘submissions on development application from the Office of Environment and
Heritage’.
Submissions are listed in schedule 1 of the GIPA regulations as open
access information and can be assessed without charge.
Please advise me how you wish to proceed.
If I have not heard from you by Tuesday 13^th June 2017 , I will assume
that you no longer require the information and I will close your file.
