Events Requests, Ipswich City Council

Good Afternoon Jimmy,

Thank you for your enquiry.

LGA wait times for Citizenship ceremonies can be found online via the
Department of Home Affairs website: [1]Ceremony wait times
(homeaffairs.gov.au)

The Department of Home Affairs advise conferees that the wait time for a
ceremony can be up to 6 to 12 months. Ipswich City Council has increased
the number of ceremonies this year to address the current increase in
demand of Citizenship approvals in our area.

Kind regards,

City Events Team
