Dear Brad,
I refer to your Freedom of Information request received on 10 May 2023.
A request made under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 must be for information contained in documents. I note you have requested information as opposed to documents. Specifically, you requested “the number of fines incurred and the amount raised from the 2 minute parking zone on Gullane drive sunbury 3429. Outside the goonawarra primary school. Since the 2min parking sign a have been installed.”
Notwithstanding the above and in response to your request for information, I confirm that Council has issued one parking fine 'for period longer than indicated' in Gullane Drive, Sunbury between 29 October 2020 and 23 May 2023. The penalty for that fine was $37.
