I refer to your email below in which you sought access to documents under
the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (“Act”).

Section 17(2) of the Act requires that an application fee of $27.90
accompanies a request for access. This payment was not included in your
request.

Accordingly, I cannot process your request until I receive your payment of
$27.90.

If you are unable to pay the fee on the basis of hardship, please state
your reasons in writing and provide any evidence that you believe supports
your claim.

A decision will then be made as to whether your hardship claim is accepted
or not and you will be advised of the outcome.

Also I note that you addressed this request to the Metropolitan Fire and
Emergency Services Appeals Commission Victoria. The Appeals Commission
only details with promotional / disciplinary matters. Did you mean to
submit this request the Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board. If
so, could you please confirm this by return email.
