Please advise how many emergency response appliances were purchased for the financial years ending 2014, 2015, and 2016, and their operational classification/title (e.g. pumping appliance and type, aerial/ladder appliance, hazmat etc).

I refer to your email below in which you sought access to documents under
the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (“Act”).
Section 17(2) of the Act requires that an application fee of $27.90
accompanies a request for access. This payment was not included in your
