Hello!
Welcome to Right to Know! I'm one of the people that look after the site.
Just so you know, you need to ask for documents that have the information you seek. Some government departments get quite specific about this, so if the NDIA refuse your request you may need to reword it to something like:
"I would like a document that shows the number of assistance animals that have been funded by the NDIA".
The NDIA hasn't replied yet, so you don't need to do this just yet, but I think it's important to mention just in case they decide to refuse your request on a technicality.
