Non-APS position titles
Dear Administrative Appeals Tribunal,
I seek the following under FOI;
A document that contains a list of all the position/job titles of every non-APS contractor working within your department.
e.g. a position title may be: 'security guard', or 'consultant', or 'APS3 FOI officer', etc.
You may omit repeating a position title when there exist multiple contractors who have that position title. Additionally, if it would not be too onerous, please indicate the number of contractors that hold each position title.
If no such document exists please produce a document containing the information under s17.
Yours faithfully,
John Smith
Dear Mr Smith,

Dear FOI,
I seek as follow-up to this FOI, the total number of Member Service Officers working at the AAT on a labour hire contract.
I also seek the position titles of all SES officers working on a labour hire contract (if any exist). SES officers do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy as to their employment status, given their seniority and high level of renumeration.
Yours sincerely,
John Smith

Dear Mr Smith,
I note your below request refers to the total number of 'Member Service Officer' working at the AAT. However internal enquiries have indicated that the AAT does not have any positions with the title of 'Member Service Officer'. But enquiries have confirmed there are positions with the title of Member 'Support' Officers.
Can you please clarify and confirm if your FOI request is actually in relation to 'Member Support Officers' or another role title?

Dear FOI,
I seek internal review of this decision; on the grounds that I obviously did not mean SES officers as defined in the Public Service Act.
What the request was obviously asking for; was for people working on labour hire contracts, working in roles that would ordinarily be filled by somebody with an SES level of classification; if a labour hire employee was not being used.
Yours sincerely,
John Smith
