Good morning Mr Fairless,

I am responding to your question below RE: lodging and official FOI
Application.

You may lodge and application, but I have been informed that DOT does not
actually have in their possession a copy of the user manuals, or
instructions to access NEVDIS data. I have been informed that you would
more than like be best to contact Austroads and they are the custodians of
NEVDIS. Below are there details.
