NDIA’s ‘mobile capability’ as the priority for participants
Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,
Please provide a copy of the NDIA’s research that identified ‘mobile capacity’ as the priority for participants, cited in the NDIA’s Annual Report 2019-20 [1].
Context:
Under the subject of ‘Information and Communication technology (ICT) systems’, the NDIA states that “ Participant research identified that mobile capability was the priority for participants. A participant mobile app is under development with a controlled pilot (250 participants). The app will enable participants to easily review their available budget, make claims and store receipts if required ” [2]. It is this research document and findings that is the focus of this request. Presumably, this is the same mobile app that the NDIA has already spent millions of dollars developing [3, 4]
Thank you for your help with this request.
Yours faithfully,
Shirley
