Dear NCA FOI Officer,

Under the FOI Act 1982, I request:

- any documents outlining the selection policy, processes and criteria (currently valid, or valid at the time of the most recent appointment to the Authority) in relation to the appointment of members of the Authority (note I am not requesting copies of selection reports etc in relation to any specific candidate/appointee, just documents outlining the policy, processes and criteria applied in the process of making selections/recommendations)

- terms of appointment/ministerial charter letters of current Authority members
