Dear Paul Carter
Thank you for your request of 16 November 2024, made under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act), for copies of documents held by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
Scope of your request
You have requested access to:
"...Naming Conventions Guidance" document/s..."
Unfortunately we can not process your request with this current scope. There is a large number of documents that match your request. This is because various business units within the NDIA all use their own naming conventions for internal documents and often have multiple documents for various processes. The extensive internal consultation required to meet your request would be an unreasonable diversion of resources.
To proceed with your request, please reconsider the scope of your application. If you would like to discuss the scope, I'm happy to give you a call. If you'd like to talk by phone, please provide a phone number and I will get in touch.
Further help
Please contact us at [NDIA request email] if you have any questions or need help.
We will contact you using the email address you provided. Please advise if you would prefer us to use an alternative means of contact.
Kind regards
Cindy - CGN062
