Dear Australian Taxation Office,
At Commissioner Taxation,

can you please supply all my ATO registered from 1991 Trustee Company Suffolk Investments Pty Ltd (ABN 45008757069) holdings including all Companies, SMSF's, Trusts, and associated entities. There has been identity frauds and stealing by Trustees and siblings of i have been told billions of dollars.
My personal details are John Rawson Donaldson. Born 26/09/1970.
I am unaware of my tax File number at this stage.
Its not good enough a dishonest Trustee has said i am not allowed my own personal details of ATO Registered Companies, Trusts, SMSF's back to 1991 as others have done the Trust Deed Substitution Frauds/thefts on my accounts.
The Directors of trustee Company Suffolk Investments Pty Ltd (ABN 45 008754069) were never legally appointed Directors and have no authority to touch these accounts or any accounts.
