The information you are seeking is not available through the Department of Health in East Perth.

The Aegis Aged Care facilities are privately owned.

I suggest you make enquiries with the facility where Mrs McDonnell was accommodated; or otherwise you may be able to access some information through the Australian Government (Cwth) which is responsible for aged care.
