Annual liquor licence fees
Monday 27 June was the last day for on-time payment of 2016 annual liquor
licence fees.
From 26 July 2016, suspended liquor licenses where annual liquor license
fees had not been paid were cancelled. The process for seeking
reinstatement of cancelled liquor licenses for 2016 closed on 19 September
2016.
If you failed to pay your annual liquor licence fee by Monday 25
July and did not apply for reinstatement of your liquor licence
by Monday 19 September, your licence is
now permanently cancelled and cannot be reinstated.Significant penalties
apply if alcohol is sold when a licence is cancelled.
You will now need to [1]apply for a new liquor licence.
