Dear NSW Land and Housing Corporation,

I'm not exactly sure where to look for this; please redirect me if need be.

I'm looking for a contract from 1999-2000, between the Marrickville Council or possibly surrounding, and the state government, regarding land ownership of 24A Railway Parade Sydenham.
It currently has community land status.
The local council bought this land, on the condition that they maintain it for 25 years.

If you could direct me to this contract, that would be absolutely brilliant.
