Dear National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority,
Could you please send through a document that lists:
1. all the sites/facilities overseen by the Authority during April 2016, and
2. the names of the companies related to those sites
If possible, please treat this as an administrative/informal request. Otherwise please proceed with my request as a formal information request under the Act.

Dear Luke,
Further to my earlier email, please find attached documents held by NOPSEMA that show the facilities and their operators as per your request. There are two documents because the dates of the data was generated and then was later published overlap the period 1-30 April 2016. As this information has previously been published online, we are releasing it to you administratively, using our discretion in s 3A of the Freedom of Information Act 1988.
If you are interested, NOPSEMA routinely publishes an updated operator register on its website every quarter:
https://www.nopsema.gov.au/safety/safety... under the heading 'Operator nomination and registration' and 'Registers'

Is it possible to get this in a spreadsheet format like an Excel file or a .csv file?
Does the agency have more specific information for the locations of the facilities? Like Latitude and Longitude coordinates?
