Good afternoon Mr Briand,
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request made to the Department
of the Premier and Cabinet in South Australia (DPC). The Art Gallery of
South Australia (AGSA) is a statutory authority sitting withing the
structure of DPC, however they provide their own determinations under the
Freedom of Information Act 1991 (the Act).
The DPC has no role in handling FOI requests made to AGSA as they are
considered their own agency under the Act.
Under s.13 of the Act, an application is not considered valid until an
application fee of $38.25 is made in respect of your request. If you have
a valid concession card that demonstrates proof of hardship this
application fee will be waived. Please contact
[1][email address] to arrange payment of this application
in order to make your request valid.
AGSA will then conduct a search for any documents they hold answering your
request and a determination will be made on the release of this
information within the provisions of the Act.
Kind regards,
Damian

Dear DPC:FOI Unit,

Unfortunatly the email (to arrange payment of the application in order to make my request valid) is not visible. Could please send it in an attached document ?
