Dear INFORMATION.ACCESS,
You claim the access given (414 pages) is too big to send in accordance with the manner specified by my FOI, yet given the 414 pages is comprised of multiple documents it could be easily sent in seperate emails.
The FOI Act requires access to provided as applied for, unless it is unreasonable to do so.
As DVA does not publish its documents released in its disclosure log, despite the OAIC stating agencies should do so for multiple years now, it is important that members of the public can access released material.
I did not seek access via a drop box I have to create an account to access, and you cannot unreasonably force its use when you can readily send such documents in the manner specified (especially given 414 PDF pages would normally be well under 20MB).
Yours sincerely,
Verity Pane
