Dear FOI,
Thank you for your email.
I am willing to approve an extension of 30 days for request FA 19/12/01186, which was originally submitted in September.
However, your email has come through to me in the correspondence relating to request FA 19/11/00227, which was submitted in October. Though I have received an earlier explanation about the delay, no extension was ever requested for this request and it is now extremely overdue. I am not willing to agree to any further extension for FA 19/11/00227.
Could you please clarify which request you were referring to?
Yours sincerely,
Eleanor Davey
