Do you have in your records, and if not please provide the location where a true copy of the document rests, the Letter of Commission that delegated powers from King Charles III (or Queen Elizabeth II) to Christopher John Dawson, the current Governor-General of Western Australia.

We have been in touch with Government House, Western Australia regarding
your request. We were directed by them to Western Australian Government
Gazette No. 111 (Special) dated 18 July 2022 for the formal notice of
appointment of Christopher John Dawson - see link below. We hope this is
helpful.

We were advised that enquiries about other documents relating to the
appointment should be directed to Government House, Western Australia via

documents relating to the appointment would be held by the Department of
Prime Minister and Cabinet, but that initial enquiries directly to
Government House WA would be welcome.
