Amendment of Strata Plan numbers

Further to our email sent to you on the above subject on 1/9/20, we would like to amend two typing errors in the email in the numbers of Strata Plans of the properties location as follows. For Building A, the correct SP No. should be 92851 instead of 32851. For Building B the correct SP No. should be 92852 instead of 32852.

We would like to know how many illegal structures posing fire hazards to residents is now still outstanding and not rectified by the strata manager Brighton and Duggan in the following apartment blocks

1. Building A located at 1B Pearl Street, HURSTVILLE, NSW 2220
STRATA PLAN NO. 92851 (correct number)

2. Building B located at 458 Forest Road, HURSTVILLE, NSW 2220
STRATA PLAN NO. 92852 (correct number)

3. Building C located at 460 Forest Road, HURSTVILLE, NSW 2220
