Dear Roads and Maritime Services,
I seek to obtain a copy of the documentation relating to the inaccessible lane permanently located on South Dowling St, heading towards the city.
I wish to know the reasons behind this ongoing matter and would like to know if it will ever be reopened to the public in the near future.
