Hi Hao

Thank you for email to Council, within the R2 zone the minimum lot size
for dual occupancy and subdivision is 700sqm prior to subdivision as per
Clause 4.1B (2) of the Campbelltown Local Environmental Plan 2015.

A dual occupancy must have the following setbacks in accordance with Part
3.6.3.2 of the Campbelltown Sustainable City Development Control Plan
2015.
