Dear TAFE Queensland,

I was assured by TAFE Queensland Brisbane Head of HR, Heather Morgan, that
the "Executive Director Education and Training" position was advertised
openly. I would like to see this evidence, as I would have been interested
in applying for it. I have also noticed a pattern of managers being
"shoulder-tapped" into well-paid positions at TAFE Queensland without
going through a proper recruitment process.
