Good afternoon Mr Ballard

The ABC refers to its email below where we notified you had made your
request at a time where there is limited resourcing as ABC staff will not
be working due to our annual shutdown period.

This means the processing of your request will be delayed as various staff
need to be consulted and they will not be back until later in January, due
to annual leave.

We would be grateful if you would consider granting the ABC an extension
of time under s 15AA of the FOI Act. A maximum of 30 calendar days can be
agreed.

If you are happy to allow more time for processing, we would be grateful
if you could nominate a weekday that you would be happy to agree to, such
as Monday 3 February 2025.

There are a large number of documents that answer this request, so we
would be grateful if you could respond to our email either way.

Many thanks,

ABC FOI team
