The Department of Treasury confirmed that this document does not exist. This was the evening Jim Chalmers dined with bank executives while discussing backroom deals on regional banking. (As reported in the Australian Financial Review.) This means someone else paid for Jim's meal and drinks that night. We hope he had a lovely dinner at this fabulous restaurant.
