(b) any meeting records of the Joint Commonwealth and Tasmanian Economic Council Business Members Group;
(c) any internal departmental documents regarding scheduling of meetings of the two bodies referenced in (a) and (b); and
(d) any internal documents referencing the review of the terms of reference for the JCTEC.

I refer to your FOI request received on 22 April 2020, outlined below, that seeks access to documents related to JCTEC meetings.
While processing your request, the department has identified that your request includes documents that may affect Commonwealth-State relations. In accordance with Section 26A of the FOI Act, the Department is required to consult with a State Government agency before making a decision on the release of documents.
As such, please be advised that the processing time limit for your request has been extended by 30 days in accordance with Section 15(6) of the FOI Act. The revised due date for a decision on access is on or before
21 June 2020. We will be in touch if we require further information or if charges will be imposed.

Due to the current impacts of COVID-19 diverting resources from the line
area responsible for your request and current increased FOI case load, we
