Bendigo Police Station Running Sheets, video images and Body Worn Camera footage, Police field notes that refers to “COGB” rubbish bins” and Surveillance devices misuse of private land on 17 August 2024 and 23 February 2023 to establish the source of Vicpol verbal advice to a COGB rate payer that stated this phrase “ It is advisable that you contact the City of Greater Bendigo about the placement of the CCTV cameras and ascertain if they can view into your private garden, in the first instance.”

I confirm that I would like Victoria Police FOI Unit to be confirm that I am requesting under the FOI Act to be provided with the Victoria Badge Number, First Name and Surname of the Victoria Police SGT who was on duty at Bendigo Police station on 17 August 2024 between the hours of 11:24 am and noon, who provided police advice about redirecting cctv cameras.

I additionally seek the VicPol Badge number of the junior police officer on the front desk on 17 August 2024 between the hours of 11:24 am and noon who relayed the VicPol SGT advice to me.
