Internal documentation in support of hybrid and home based working
Dear Transport for NSW,
Please provide documentation used internally such as briefing notes, presentations and reports in support of hybrid-based working, showing the benefits of working remotely where appropriate and the resultant positive outcomes for the workforce.
This could include workforce information, briefing to executives and results of consultant engagements on the topic. Consider the journey up to and including the decision to implement hybrid+, the if not why not culture and the purposeful and meaningful rationale for attending office locations.
Yours faithfully,
Chris
