Inquiry Zero lot easement of DP 1214866
Dear Blacktown City Council,
I am writing you to know about zero lot easement of my neighbor garage wall.My Lot DP 1214866 schofield.
My neighbor zero lot easement side ,had down pipe and water line on garage wall which is make me not understand how would they able to do down pipe or water line on garage wall and also fence not started along garage wall (not behind garage wall but built slightly toward in my boundary.i dont understand how did his plan approved from CDC or council with down pipe on garage wall on zero lot easement .
Please share me more detail to educate me if my understanding wrong and will have to fix by removing his fence on right boundary area .you may contacted me on my email
