Inner City Schools Working Party report and recommendations sent to NSW Minister Piccoli following inner city high school consultation 2014

Last year the Dept of Education undertook a community consultation across inner city Sydney high schools on how to meet capacity issues at local public high schools. http://www.dec.nsw.gov.au/about-us/news-...
In its public documents on the consultation, DEC said "The working party will deliver its recommendations to the government by the end of 2014."
This request is:
- for the report and recommendations sent to Minister Piccoli
- all correspondence between the minister and the Working Party/ Dr Sylvia Corish
- all correspondence about proposed "Cleveland Street High School"

I have also been advised that the records you are inquiring about are formal ‘Cabinet in confidence’ documents provided to the Minister. These document being ‘Cabinet in confidence’ are covered by the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 Schedule 1 clause 2, for which there is a conclusive presumption of overriding public interest against disclosure and are therefore unlikely to be released to you. However if you still wish to pursue your request you may proceed to make a formal application.
