Dear Brisbane City Council,

I am writing to seek information regarding injuries or incidents to persons sustained or occurring within your Wickham Terrace Public Car Park.

Particularly injuries that may have been sustained by persons hitting or contacting signage or boom gates.

This request does not exclude any other injury incurred by persons due to any cause.

These matters may have been recorded in a log book or the subject of on line communication.

Please provide all information as soon as possible
So there can be no doubt where this request is not specific enough or you require further instruction please contact the applicant directly
