Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of National Disability Insurance Agency's handling of my FOI request 'information showing the contents, development and disposition of the 2023 report/review Behaviourally based intervention for children on the autism spectrum'.
The repsonse refers to Attachment A in relation to requesting an internal review. However, Attachment seems to have been not attached.
I don't believe that the document referred to in my request was created without any other documentation. Surely, there was a suggestion somewhere that it be written. Surely, someone reviewed it ... and subsequently decided not to progress the matter.
I know for a fact that the authors of the document presented some of the contents of the document to A4 and Autism Alliance representatives at a meeting set up by the NDIA's Children's Taskforce. If nothing else exists, the presentation the authors of the document made in that meeting should be in the record (the meeting was told one of the authors is now an NDIA employee).
And the NDIA CEO had correspondence with A4's Co-convenor over the document. There I find it extremely unlikely that "the agency is satisfied that [such information about the disposition of the document] cannot be found or does not exist".
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/i...
Yours faithfully,
Bob Buckley
