Thank you for your email dated 18 October 2017 in regards to Lot 253 DP
1120747 – Blairs Road, Long Beach.

Council can advise the property is currently vacant and as there is no
Development Application on the subject lot, we hold none of the
documentation requested, alternatively you can apply for a Building Record
Search which costs $80.00, however it will provide no additional detail as
to what I have advised in this email.
