Dear foi,
There seems to be some information missing from this release in regards to allocation of matters / administrative process.
Could I please request the registration email - internal - how the matter is registered on the system.
And the allocation email of a matter to the FOI delegate
Eg - whst information is initially given to the delegate in regards to the request.
If an allocation email does not exist, what is the process for delegates to know what matters are on their caseload?
Thank you
Yours sincerely,
AS
Dear AS (Right to Know)
Thank you for your email below.
NDIS’ allocation process for FOI or PIA matters are streamlined – meaning
they are not allocated to a “Team” bucket for distribution to individual
team members or Action Officers. But rather, each Action Officer will
allocate a matter to themselves ensuring that the oldest matter are
allocated first.
When allocating matters, Action Officers will ensure that their names
will be selected in the Team/matter lead and Team/Clearing team member
staff fields in LEX. Once these steps are done Action Officers must also
add the Allocation Date.
These administrative steps will help the management track matters over
time and will also ensure that each Action Officers will get the proper
credit for all their well-deserved efforts.
I trust that this explanation gives you a better picture of how matter
caseloads are allocated.
Kind regards
Ankit
