== Background ==
OVIC says that "Every agency should aim to provide access to government information outside the Act through proactive and informal release wherever possible."

Multiple requests to the University of Melbourne have been made via the Right to Know website. Every request has asked for the requester's personal information and the request has been processed outside of Right to Know, which results in reduced transparency for the documents requested.

My request is for information, documents or discussion within the University of Melbourne (including with Raffaella Di Maio and Susan Maye, and possibly with the University and OVIC).
