I refer to your request for copies of the incoming government briefs from
September 2013.

As documented on FOI Disclosure Log, the Department released the 2013
Incoming Government Briefs (FOI reference numbers 040913, 050913, 060913,
070913, 090913, 100913, 110913, 150913, 160913, 180913, 061013 and
091013).

For the Department blue and red books, the administrative brief was
released (this is the same document for both the blue and red books). For
the climate change brief a separate administrative brief was also
released.

I am attaching the two released documents for you over 4 emails due to
size constraints. This is email 1 of 4.
