In particular can you please confirm if you require the current versions of the Complaints and Resolution Manual?
The manual is updated regularly and subject to change.
If you require a previous version, could you please indicted a date of when the document may have been available.
Additionally, can you please confirm if you require the entire manual or just specific chapters?
