Information Management: enabling our future, preserving our past.
Hello,
This is Ben from the OpenAustralia Foundation (the charity that runs Right
to Know).
Curtin University contacted us to request the removal of the decision
documents on 10 July 2024 as they contained the address of the applicant.
They were asked on the same date to supply a copy of the documents with
the personal information redacted. Our request was acknowledged on 11 July
by the FOI Coordinator with the comment "Appreciate your response to my
request."
The University has also previously demanded that information be taken down
in relation to this request, including information that is publicly
available on the University website.
The released documents are attached to this email, with necessary
redactions, given the unwillingness of the University to act in a
transparent manner.
Kind Regards,
Ben
