Dear Australian Digital Health Agency,
please provide the names of organisations with cancelled registration with My Health Record. There were 426 organisations. This statistic was last updated on 27 November 2018 on ADHA site.
Can I also have the up to date list of organisations that have cancelled their registration with MHR as well please?

Good afternoon. I refer to your request for access to the Australian
Digital Health Agency (the Agency) documents relating to healthcare
provider organisations with cancelled registration data under the Freedom
of Information Act 1982. I have taken your request to be for:
‘please provide the names of organisations with cancelled registration
with My Health Record. There were 426 organisations. This statistic was
last updated on 27 November 2018 on ADHA site.
Can I also have the up to date list of organisations that have cancelled
their registration with MHR as well please?’
The Agency received your request on the 5 April 2019 and the 30 day
statutory period for processing your request commenced from the day after
that date. You should therefore expect a decision from us by 3 May 2019.
The period of 30 days may be extended if the Agency needs to consult any
third parties, to impose charges if the information is not personal or for
other reasons. The Agency will advise you if this happens.
Please note that information released under the FOI Act may later be
published online on our disclosure log, this includes personal information
that is treated under the FOI Act subject to certain exceptions.
